Description	:	Ellenor C. Kroymann, 82, DeWitt, Iowa, died peacefully late Friday evening, June 1, 2007 at Westwing Place, DeWitt, surrounded by her five daughters. Mrs. Kroymann was born Ellenor Catherine Mangan, September 2, 1924 at home in DeWitt, Iowa. She was the daughter of Thomas and Margaret (Shean) Mangan. Ellenor graduated from St. Joseph High School and from the Cadet Nursing Corps Training Program through St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Clinton. Mrs. Kroymann was born Ellenor Catherine Mangan, September 2, 1924 at home in DeWitt, Iowa. She was the daughter of Thomas and Margaret (Shean) Mangan. Ellenor graduated from St. Joseph High School and from the Cadet Nursing Corps Training Program through St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Clinton. On February 10, 1948, Ellenor was united in marriage to Ralph Kroymann at St. Joseph Catholic Church, DeWitt. The couple owned and operated Kroymann's Feed Service in Welton, Iowa, from 1963 until 1977. Ralph preceded Ellenor in death July 13, 1977. Ellenor was a member of St. Joseph Church, DeWitt, and the altar and rosary society. Along with family time, she enjoyed watching movies, reading and flower gardening as well as her bible studies and book club. Surviving are daughters and sons-in-law, Jean and Harry Olson and Ruth and Jerry Irwin, Grand Mound, Marcia and Pat McCoy and Lori and Danny Hall, DeWitt, Mary Kay and Terry Rossmiller, LeClaire; 15 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Mary Mangan, Marilyn Mangan and MargEl Mangan, all of DeWitt. In addition to her husband, Ellenor was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Thomas, Robert and Jerry Mangan and a sister-in-law, Elaine Ketelsen. The family will receive friends at Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt, from 3 until 7 p.m. Monday, June 4, 2007 followed by a family rosary. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 5, 2007 in St. Joseph Catholic Church, DeWitt. The Rev. Fr. H. Robert Harness presiding. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jenny Reed Murrell, Colleen Olson, Joshua McCoy, Mitchell and Neil Irwin, Ben and Sean Hall and Alex Rossmiller. (Source: Schultz Funeral Home)
