Description	:	Eloise Ann Yeager was born into this world on March 26, 1931, in Minneapolis, Minn., to James and Hazel Severens, and was peacefully taken from this world to her heavenly home on June 2, 2013, after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. Read More	Eloise Ann Yeager was born into this world on March 26, 1931, in Minneapolis, Minn., to James and Hazel Severens, and was peacefully taken from this world to her heavenly home on June 2, 2013, after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. In August of 1949, Mom moved with her family to Laurel and began working at Wold's Department Store where she soon met her husband, Leo. Dad convinced Mom to marry him and they were united in holy matrimony on June 23, 1951, at the First Congregational Church in Laurel. To this blessed union were born four children: Todd, Jill, Ross and Ryan. Being a mother was Mom's greatest joy and her children benefited more than words can express from her love and kindness to us. Mom's chief joy in her later years came from her grandchildren and her newly born great-grandson. Mom dearly loved and faithfully served her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Her love, grace, mercy and kindness were not simply reserved for her family, but she freely showered these gifts upon all who were blessed to know her. She was always consumed with the needs of others and hated drawing any attention to herself. Mom's faith was very evident in her last days, as she was so much at peace, and was as gracious in death as she was in life. Mom was a founding member of Christ Covenant Reformed Church in Billings, and she dearly loved each and every member of her church family, as well as her Bible study friends, her many other friends, and her dearest friend Eileen Brown. Mom was preceded in death by her parents, James and Hazel; her little brother, Jim; and her sister Zet. Mom is survived by her loving husband of nearly 62 years, Leo; as well as her children and grandchildren, Todd (Karen) of Billings, Jill Frank of Billings and son, Thomas, Ross (Kristi) of Laurel and sons, Derek (Annette) and Dane, Ryan (Ginny) of Laurel and daughters, Anita, Elizabeth, and son, Alexander; great-grandson, Sawyer; sisters Dorine and Donita; as well as many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 6, 10 a.m., at the First Congregational Church in Laurel, followed by internment at the Laurel Cemetery, and then a fellowship meal (at Mom's own request) at the church. If desired, in lieu of flowers, gifts in Mom's memory may be sent to Christ Covenant Reformed Church, P.O. Box 568, Billings, MT 59103. "I have fought the good fight. I have finished the race. I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day." (2Timothy 4:7-8)
