She is survived by her sons, Esker Bailey of LaFollette, Roy Bailey of Cincinnati, Ohio; daughters, Mrs. Rosa Heatherly, Mrs. Lena Petree, Miss Sallie Bailey, all of LaFollette; sister, Mrs. Birdie Bowman of LaFollette; brothers, Shirley Riggs, Claude Riggs, Roscoe Riggs, all of LaFollette, and Toye Riggs of Sarasota, Fl.; 18 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Cumberland Ave. Church of God by the Rev. Edwin Webb. Burial was in Davis Chapel Cemetery. ...
