Description	:	From the LaFollette Press, Thursday, December 16, 1976: Mr. Shirley B. Riggs, 80, of LaFollette, died at 11:25 p.m. Thursday at LaFollette Community Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Virgie (Reese) Riggs; four daughters, Mrs. Luola Snyder of Cincinnati, Ohio, Mrs. Margaret Shown of Knoxville, Mrs. Euretha Matlock and Mrs. Hilda Phillips, both of LaFollette; one sister, Mrs. Birda Bowman of LaFollette; three brothers, Toy Riggs of Sarasota, Fla., Claude Riggs and Roscoe Riggs, both of LaFollette; 23 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
