Description	:	Parsons, Elsie M. Gee, 78, of Oskaloosa died Apr 19, 1986 at the Pella Community Hospital. She was born Aug 15, 1907, the daughter of Louis and Lillie Evans Gee. She attended school in Macon, Mo, and then worked for 10 years as a psychiatric attendant at six mental health institutions in Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa. She married Myron R. Read More	Parsons, Elsie M. Gee, 78, of Oskaloosa died Apr 19, 1986 at the Pella Community Hospital. She was born Aug 15, 1907, the daughter of Louis and Lillie Evans Gee. She is survived by one daughter, Julia Hutcheson of Oskaloosa; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs Hazle M. Richards of Macon, Mo. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, who died in 1975; one granddaughter, Mary Jo; four brothers and two sisters. Funeral services were held Apr 22 at the New Market United Methodist Church, with Rev Gary Smith officiating and Rev Sara Malone assisting. Burial was in the Old Memory cemetery in New Market.
