Survived by her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Jennie Ineva Phillips of Anderson, Mrs. K.J. Funeral services: Tuesday, November 25, 1947, New Prospect Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. E.C. White, Rev. T.E. Dill, and Rev. Houston Pressley. Burial: New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers: Austin Taylor, James Taylor, Wade Barnett, Haskell Barnett, L.B. Sargent, and G.W. Parks. Flower girls: Dellree Foster, Effie Foster, Doris Foster, Rudell Foster, Sarah Frances Foster, and Catherine Foster. As was still the custom of the day, her remains were returned to the family home for visitation until the time of the funeral.
