Burgess, aged 60, a resident of Nottingham township, near Petroleum, died early this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nina Konrack in Coldwater, O., where she went last Saturday on a visit. Burgess Claimed by Death Nottingham Township Woman Passes Away at Coldwater, Ohio Mrs. A. N. Burgess, aged 60, a resident of Nottingham township, near Petroleum, died early this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nina Konrack in Coldwater, O., where she went last Saturday on a visit. Mrs. Burgess had been in poor health for several months but apparently was little worse than usual when she went to Coldwater. Relatives were called to her bedside early Wednesday morning by word that she was suddenly taken worse. Emma Kizer Burgess was born in Linn Grove, the daughter of Martin and Mary Ann Runyan Burgess. She married A. N. Burgess and most of their life was spent in Nottingham township, their present home being two miles northeast of Petroleum. Surviving are the husband and six children. The children are: Mrs. Mildred Bennett, of Bluffton; Mrs. Josie King, of near Poneto; Wilfred Burgess and Gnome Burgess, at home; Mrs. Bessie Schugg, of Detroit; and Mrs. Nina Konrack, of Coldwater. Thomas E. Kizer, of near Poneto; William Kizer, of Petroleum; and Orlando Kizer, of Petroleum, are brothers of the deceased. The body was brought home from Coldwater this afternoon. Funeral services will be held at the Petroleum U. B. church at 2:30 Sunday afternoon, in charge of Rev. Lewellyn. Burial will be in the Stahl cemetery.
