Description	:	Emma Becker, age 93, of Huron, died Tuesday, August 12, 2014, at the Good Samaritan Center at Miller. Her funeral service was at 10 AM, Saturday, August 16th at Bethesda Church with Rev. Roy Burket, officiating. Burial was in the Ideal Cemetery. Emma Tschetter was born June 6, 1921, to John I. and Katie (Tschetter) Tschetter at Carpenter, South Dakota. She grew up at Carpenter and attended Milford Township School and Huron High School. Roy Burket, officiating. Burial was in the Ideal Cemetery. Emma Tschetter was born June 6, 1921, to John I. and Katie (Tschetter) Tschetter at Carpenter, South Dakota. She grew up at Carpenter and attended Milford Township School and Huron High School. On May 18, 1941, Emma married John Kleinsasser. Following their marriage, they farmed until 1950, when they moved to Huron and both worked for Armours. John died October 22, 1965. On August 2, 1970, Emma married Art Becker at Huron. Emma continued to work at Armour's until 1972, when she retired. She was a meticulous bookkeeper throughout her life. Emma and Art spent their winter months in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Emma was a member of the Bethesda Church. She was baptized August 1939 at Bethel Mennonite Brethren Church by Rev. J.M. Tschetter. Emma was a very strong Christian lady who took great joy in reading her bible daily. She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands, Art and John; two brothers, Alfred and Jake Tschetter; three sisters Kathryn, Elsie and Clara; and an infant daughter, Donna Jean, who died of polio. Grateful for having shared her life are her three sons, Orville (Karen) Kleinsasser of Miller, Ronald (Elaine) Kleinsasser of Caputa, and Gary (Della) Kleinsasser of Huron; one step-daughter, Julienne Jones of Martin; six grandchildren, Tami, Vicki, Troy, Terry, Debra and Todd; three step grandchildren, Jeff, Jill and Kerry; seven great grandchildren, Blayne, Alyssa, Brooke, Amanda, Chase, Teagan, and Skylar.
