He was the husband of Dorothy Virginia Gladhill Gilbert, who died March 5, 1984. Born April 9, 1914, in Harmony, he was a son of the late Milton and Anna Babington Gilbert. Mr. Gilbert was a retired heavy equipment operator with the State Highway Administration. He was a member of the Harmony Church of the Brethren, Myersville, and an avid hunter. Friends may call anytime Thursday, March 11, at the Donald B. Thompson Funeral Home, 31 E. Main St., Middletown. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, March 11. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, March 12, at graveside in Harmony Cemetery, Myersville. The Rev. C.
