Description	:	Enid Feliceinne (Schooler) Jacque was born to Ira Joshua Schooler and Florence Mellinger Schooler on May 18, 1910, at Altron, Kan. She passed away May 17, 1998, at Heritage Nursing Home in Geneva, at the age of 87 years, 11 months and 29 days. She was one of two children in the family. Enid's early childhood was spent in Superior, where her father died when she was twelve. She and her family lived briefly in Idaho following her father's death. The family returned to this area where she graduated from Geneva High School in 1929. The family returned to this area where she graduated from Geneva High School in 1929. Enid was a homemaker and sold fashion products, where she met and enjoyed many new friends. Enid was married to William J. Jacque of Shickley on Nov. 8, 1930, and to them three children were born. Enid was a member of the St. Joseph's Catholic Church and the St. Joseph's Altar Society. She was also a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Enid and Bill enjoyed visiting their sons and traveling with their daughter. They especially enjoyed visiting their son, Bill, while he was a member of the U. S. Army. Enid and Bill loved dancing throughout their married life. Enid enjoyed their garden and flowers. She was especially proud of her iris beds and roses. Even when she moved to the nursing home following the death of her husband, she carried on with her love of gardening and planted flowers outside her window. Enid was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Kenneth, and her husband of 62 years, Bill. She is survived by her daughter, Feliceinne and husband, William Neville, of Geneva; son, Jack Jacque and wife, Diane of Woodward, Iowa; and son, Bill Jr. and wife, Roma of Tyler, Texas; and by nine grandsons and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted from the St. Joseph's Catholic Father Ulenberg Hall on Wednesday, May 20, 1998, with Monsignor Ivan Vap officiating. Carol Prater provided prelude and postlude music and Ron Fleecs accompanied Becky and Sara Fleecs who sang "The Old Rugged Cross," "On Eagles Wings," "How Great Thou Art" and "Prayer of St. Francis." Casket bearers were grandsons, Michael J. Becker, Douglas L. Becker, Matthew F. Becker, Phillip A. Neville, Russell J. Jacque and Gary S. Jacque. Honorary bearers were grandsons, William L. Neville, Kevin W. Jacque and Steven D. Jacque. Interment was in the St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery. The Nebraska Signal May 22, 1998
