He immigrated on 19 Sep 1732/33 at the port of Philadelphia on the ship Pink Johnson. His first wife was Anna Marie Schlotzer by whom he had one child, Maria Magalena Lederer b. 2 Sep 1731. About 1735 he married Margaret Clore. She was the daughter of Hans Michael Klaar/Clore who was b. 1687 in Gemmingen, Baden, Germany, and Anna Maria Barbara, b. 1687 Germany. Michael Clore died about 17 Mar 1763 in Culpeper Co VA. He is well documented in the records of the First Germanna Colony.
