Description	:	Obituary From “The Ottumwa Courier,” October 24, 1988: Ernest F. Gee, 82, of 901 S. Milner died at 9:30 p.m. Oct. 22, 1988, at the home of his daughter at 909 N. Jefferson. He was born May 23, 1906, in Ottumwa to Joseph and Emma Ellis Gee. He was a retired foreman for the Chester Gee Trucking Company. He married Helen R. Mitchell of Ottumwa; ll grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. The service will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Johnson Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Donald Baker of Bethel United Pentecostal Church officiating. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery. The casket will be closed as the service begins. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today. Pallbearers will be Vernon Wilson, Mark Gee, Everett Goodwin, Mike Comer, Danny and Paul Parr.
