Leishman of North Bay, was held Tuesday afternoon in Almonte, from the home of Mr and Mrs E. Scott where services were conducted by the Rev Mr McQuade. Interment was in the Auld Kirk Cemetery. Mr Leishman, who died after a lengthy illness at his residence in North Bay, was in his 66th year and was well known and highly respected in North Bay railroading circles. Basset and J.H. Copeland, of Capreol; J.T. Wilson, of North Bay and Mr W. McNeely, of Carleton Place. Numerous telegrams of condolence and floral tributes were received.
