Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 4916 N. Washington St., Bismarck, with the Rev. Craig Schweitzer officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Bismarck. Ernstina was born Nov. 16, 1923, in Mercer County. She married Friedabert Morast on Jan. 3, 1943. They farmed northwest of Beulah until 1950, when they moved to a farm east of Wing. She married Friedabert Morast on Jan. 3, 1943. They farmed northwest of Beulah until 1950, when they moved to a farm east of Wing. In 1955, they moved to Bismarck, where Ernstina worked for Sweetheart Bakery for several years, before working for the Ekberg family. She retired in 2001. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, embroidery, crafts, playing cards and visiting with family and friends. She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis (Bill) Meisenheimer, Clever, Mo., and Margie (Roger) Gisinger and Tina Morast, both of Bismarck; her sons, Lee (Kristi), Henry, S.D., and Terry (Kim), Bismarck; her grandchildren, Scott Seabury, Heather and Justin Morast, John and Christopher Gisinger, Damion and Ben Morast, Natasha Goetz and Tessa Morast; her great-grandchildren, Trysten, Landon, Kamden, Kaleb, Zahn and Sebastion; four brothers, Ted, Friedbert, Walter and Helmuth; and four sisters, Hulda Erdman, Irene Jose, Frieda Jose and Lorena Guill. She was preceded in death by her husband; Friedabert; her parents, John and Margaret Pfennig; three brothers, Theophil, Jake and infant John; and two sisters, Margaret Lang and Martha Jose.
