Esther was born on November 14, 1919, in Minor Hill, Tennessee, the daughter of Kenneth and Mary Ann (Harwell) Shelton. She attended Minor Hills Schools. She married Earl Harold Siders on December 15, 1945, in Athens, Alabama. Survivors include her two sons, Howard (Carolyn) Siders, of Tipton, and Larry Siders of Atalissa; a sister, Shirley Dolan of Pulaske, TN; five grandchildren, Randall, Bethany, Kimberly, Ryan and Dawn; and seven great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Earl Siders, on December 30, 1997, two sisters, Ann Fuller and Essie Fulton, and three brothers, Arthur, John and James Shelton.
