He was the son of Ellis Lawton Jennings and Nina Mae Stanton. Ethel and Josh had 2 daughters.I do not have any more information on Josh Jennings. He disappeared when Bernice and Sybil were small. I don't know what year it was. To my knowledge no one has heard of him or seen him since. Sybil Jennings born June 16, 1934 in Abbeville County, South Carolina. She died April 30, 1997 in Elbert County, Georgia. She was first married to John C Mattox. They Had 3 boys. Her second marriage was to Andrew Eugene "Gene" Hill. There were no children born to this union. Their second daughter was Bernice Jeanette Jennings, born June 6, 1936 in Belton, Anderson County, South Carolina. She died June 9, 2000 in Calhoun Falls, Abbeville County, South Carolina. Bernice married first Estee Suttles son of George Dorsey Suttles and Lizzie T Clamp. They had 4 daughters. The second marriage was to Sam Drinkard. They had one son. The third marriage was to Kenneth Orin Blackmon Sr. He was the son of Howard Blackmon Sr and Ethel Eugenia New.
