Marguerite attended the Nebraska City School System before she married Frank M. Golden on August 1, 1927 in Sidney, Iowa. To this union they gave birth to two daughters, Lou and Sara and a son, Jack. Marguerite was a member of the First Baptist Church of Nebraska City. She enjoyed crocheting, working in the flowers in her yard and cooking great meals for family gatherings. Marguerite and her family made their home in Nebraska City for over sixty-three years. She moved to Omaha in 1990 for four years before moving into the Valley View Care Center in Nebraska City. Marguerite passed away on January 6, 1995, reaching the age of ninety years and twenty days. She was preceded by her parents, husband on February 7, 1989, three sisters: Elizabeth Hartley, Naomi Rider and Fern Bird; son-in-law, Vernon Felthauser and daughter-in-law, Karen L. Golden. Survivors of Marguerite include her two daughters: Lou and husband, Lloyd Felthauser of Omaha, Nebraska and Sara Felthauser of Omaha; son, Jack Golden of Waterloo, Iowa; granddaughters, Lynda and husband, David Fisher of Garrisonville, Virginia; Deanna and husband, Lee Benck of Valley, Nebraska; Beth and husband, Kevin Peterson of Macon, Georgia; Jayne Felthauser and Pam Felthauser both of Omaha; grandsons: Michael and wife, Sandy Felthauser, Daniel and wife, Kendra Felthauser and Chad Felthauser all of Omaha; great grandchildren: Jillian Lee Fisher, Myles Fisher, Kristina Benck, Christine Felthauser, Timothy Felthauser, Shane Peterson and Jacob Peterson; many other relatives and friends. …
