Description	:	Eula C. Loter, 83, 401 S. Pine Street, died Monday at Kittitas Valley Community Hospital. She was born June 13, 1896 at Childress, Texas the ninth of 11 children. She came to the Kittitas Valley in 1906 with her parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. James H. Mundy. The family built a home and developed what was known as the Lone Star Farm, now know as the Bull Farm. Read More	Eula C. Loter, 83, 401 S. Pine Street, died Monday at Kittitas Valley Community Hospital. She was born June 13, 1896 at Childress, Texas the ninth of 11 children. She came to the Kittitas Valley in 1906 with her parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. James H. Mundy. The family built a home and developed what was known as the Lone Star Farm, now know as the Bull Farm. As a member of the Ellensburg Girls Band she participated actively in early day community afairs. She married Herbert Harrell in 1917 and they farmed in the Thorp area until moving to Alhambra, California in 1923. She managed the Coast Ice Cream Store in Alhambra. They returned to Ellensburg in 1933 and she worked in a a cannery. Following the death of her husband in 1938 she worked for her brother, Dr. James H. Mundy, in his dentistry practice. She married Albert Loter in 1949 and they farmed on the Vantage Highway until 1961 when they retired and moved to Ellensburg. Mr. Loter died September 14, 1964. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Fred (Juanita) Greer of Ellensburg, Mrs. Fred (Lois) Webb of Larned, Kansas, and Mrs. James (Bernadine) Schulz of Los Altos, California; eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one brother, Ellison E. Mundy of Walla Walla who is the sole survivor of the 11 Mundy brother and sisters. Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Evenson Chapel. The Rev. Donald Meekhof will officiate and burial will follow at the IOOF Cemetery. Ellensburg Daily Record, March 6, 1980
