Description	:	OBITUARY Eula Golda Bandy was born June12, 1890 near Cainsville, Missouri; died July 9, 1920, at the home of her parents, Lamoni, Iowa. As a child Golda was of a bright and sunny disposition and gave promise of a bright future. However, at the age of thirteen and one-half years, she contracted a physical disability that she never overcame and which helped make her a "shut-in" through life. Read More	OBITUARY Eula Golda Bandy was born June12, 1890 near Cainsville, Missouri; died July 9, 1920, at the home of her parents, Lamoni, Iowa. As a child Golda was of a bright and sunny disposition and gave promise of a bright future. However, at the age of thirteen and one-half years, she contracted a physical disability that she never overcame and which helped make her a "shut-in" through life. She became the victim of the dread influenza while on its ravages and this is believed to have been the immediate cause of her demise as she never recovered from its attack. She became united with the Latter Day Saints, June 9, 1901, being baptized on Children's Day, nineteen years and one month prior to her death. Of the faith thus espoused, she remained a consistent member. She leaves to mourn her loss, father, mother, two sisters and two brothers, with a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral was from the [R.] L. D. S. church, July 11th, Elder John Smith having charge and offering prayer at the home and the grave; F. M. Weld offering the prayers at the church and J. W. Wright preaching the sermon. The pallbearers were employees of Fleet's Store, colaborers with Golda's two sisters, and six of their girlfriends acted as flower bearers. The music at both church and grave was beautifully rendered. The body was laid to rest at Rose Hill.
