Mrs. Dimmitt died Tuesday, October 16, at the Sargent hospital following a long illness. Mrs. Willam McNeil sang, accompianied by Mrs. Harold Pointer, organist. Pallbearers were Floyd Harris, Gerht Dickman, Hans Klindworth, Alfred Copper, Henry Worth, and Emil Wolf. Internment was in the Mount Hope cemetery. In her early life, she with her parents, came to Nebrasaka and she grew up in the Madison Square community. She was baptized in the Walworth Methodist church. When she was 16, she was married to Henry Guyle. They were the parents of three children. In 1911, she was married to Ora Joseph Dimmitt at Fairbury. They spent 5 years in Arkansas and then moved to Nebraska. They lived a number of years in the Taylor vicinity, then moved to Sargent, where she spent the remainder of her life. They had six children. She is survived by her husband, four daughters, Mrs. Martha Neel, North Loup, Mrs. Mildred Reynolds, Elm Creek, Mrs. Rachel DeWitt, San Jose,California, and Mrs. Nettie Shimek, San Fernando, California; four sons, Mr. Richard Guyle of Cozad, Herbert Dimmitt of Sargent, Hobart Dimmit of Nyssa, Oregon; amd Kenneth Dimmitt of Council Bluffs, Iowa; two sisters, Carlota Price of Holyoke, Minnesota; 35 grandchildren; 49 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
