Description	:	Eva Hudnut died at her home near Carnforth. She had been a constant but patient sufferer from a complication of diseases for over a year. She was ready and willing to meet her Savior and talked much about it. Eva Pearl Wheeler was the daughter of John Richard and Anna Eliza Boyd Wheeler. She was married to Elsworth Elmer Hudnut on February 8, 1902 at the home of her sister Mrs Will Leeper at Newton, Iowa. She united with the Carnforth Congregational Church on confession of faith and later transferred her membership to... Read More	Eva Hudnut died at her home near Carnforth. She had been a constant but patient sufferer from a complication of diseases for over a year. She was ready and willing to meet her Savior and talked much about it. Eva Pearl Wheeler was the daughter of John Richard and Anna Eliza Boyd Wheeler. She was married to Elsworth Elmer Hudnut on February 8, 1902 at the home of her sister Mrs Will Leeper at Newton, Iowa. She united with the Carnforth Congregational Church on confession of faith and later transferred her membership to the M E Church of that place. She was a woman of strong Christian character an ever faithful loving wife and helpmate, pleasant, cheerful and kind to all. Her memory remains as a fragrance to purify and ennoble many lives. The songs she selected were ones in which she had found much help and comfort. The funeral was held last Wednesday at the home of the deceased near Carnforth conducted by Rev Hanawalt after which the remains were taken to the IOOF cemetery.
