Description	:	Evald Arthur Jensen was born to his loving parents George Paul and Emilie Laura (Nielsen) Jensen on Thursday October 16, 1919 at Marquette, Hamilton County Nebraska. Evald was born second of five siblings and grew up as a native of Hamilton County near Central City Nebraska. Evald was a World War II Veteran. Read More	Evald Arthur Jensen was born to his loving parents George Paul and Emilie Laura (Nielsen) Jensen on Thursday October 16, 1919 at Marquette, Hamilton County Nebraska. Evald was born second of five siblings and grew up as a native of Hamilton County near Central City Nebraska. Evald was a World War II Veteran. Evald was united in marriage to Leona Schnoor on Sunday November 24, 1946 at St. Peter Lutheran Church of Scribner, Dodge County, they were blessed with one daughter over the years of their marriage. The couple first lived at Marquette from 1946 to 1949. Then the Jensen's moved southwest of Snyder, Dodge County where they farmed and Leona was active in gardening. They built and moved into a new home at Snyder in 1980 where they retired. Even after retiring Evald still spent many hours on the family farm. Sadly Evald passed away at Sterling, Logan County Colorado on Sunday April 11, 2004 at the age of 84 years, 5 months, 26 days which does not include his last day, he lived a total of 30,859 days. My research found no information on Evald's funeral service. Evald was interred in the Scribner Municipal Cemetery. Evald's information was provided from researching many resources and my memory. This biography was created as an honor to Evald by a family friend Loren R. I believe all lives matter, even the lives of those who have passed.
