Description	:	April 10, 1996 - Carroll Times - WALL LAKE - A funeral service for Evelyn Wollesen of Wall Lake will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 11, 1996, at Trinlty Presbyterian Church in Wall Lake. Miss Wollesen, 76, died Monday, April 8, 1996, at her home. The Rev. Donald Gibson will officiate the service. Burial will be in Wall Lake Cemetery. Visitation began this morning at Farber and Otteman Funeral Home in Wall Lake. She was born Sept. 23, 1919, at Wall Lake and would spend her entire life in the community. A daughter of William and Pauline (Rix) Wollesen, she was baptized and confirmed into the Presbyterian faith and attended high school at Wall Lake. Miss Wollesen worked as a bookkeeper for trucking firms for many years and did much volunteer work in the Wall Lake community, such as Twilight Acres nursing home and the Community Chest. Survivors include a brother, Elmer Wollesen, and his wife, Mattie, of Wall Lake: and five nieces and nephews. Miss Wollesen was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Harold.
