Description	:	Funeral services for Harold F. Wollesen, 67, of Wall Lake, were held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday. July 19, 1979, at Trinity United Presbyterian Church in Wall Lake, with the Rev. Donald W. Gibson officiating. Mr. Wollesen passed away July 16, 1979, at Stewart Memorial Hospital in Lake City. Masonic services were held at 7 p.m. Wednesday evening at the Farber-Otteman Funeral Home in Wall Lake. Music for the service was furnished by Mrs. Dorothy Willhoite, organist, and Dan Stock, soloist. Mrs. Veryl Aschinger and Mrs. Dan Stock were in charge of the floral arrangements. Harold Wollesen was born July 22, 1911, in Sac County, Iowa, the son of William and Pauline Rix Wollesen. He was baptized in the Presbyterian Church in Wall Lake and has been an active member there all his life, serving as a trustee and an elder. He received his education in the Wall Lake schools and graduated in the class of 1930. He married the former Ann Bohms on August 3, 1933, and four children were born to this union. He farmed north of Wall Lake until his retirement in 1977. He was a member of the Laurel Lodge No. 517 A.F. & A.M. at Lake View, and also the Order of the Eastern Star in Odebolt. Survivors include his wife Ann; three daughters: Mrs. William (LaDonna) Shannon of Peoria, Arizona; Mrs. Harvey(Marilyn) Peters of Selby, S.D.; Mrs. Roger (Kathleen) Hunt of Denison, Iowa; one son, Daniel of Wall Lake; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Elmer, and one sister, Miss Evelyn Wollesen, both of Wall Lake.
