Description	:	Everett K. Beenders was born in Norden, Germany, November 4, 1851. He died November 27, 1921 at the age of 70 yrs, 10 months, and 23 days. In 1872 he emigrated to America with his parents and located on a farm near Peoria, Illinois. This was his home for a period of seven years, when they moved to Nebraska and located on a farm in this vicinity. He lived with his parents until after their death fifteen years ago. He died November 27, 1921 at the age of 70 yrs, 10 months, and 23 days. In 1872 he emigrated to America with his parents and located on a farm near Peoria, Illinois. This was his home for a period of seven years, when they moved to Nebraska and located on a farm in this vicinity. He lived with his parents until after their death fifteen years ago. Since that time he has made his home with his sister, Mrs. H. Rethmeier. Mr. Beenders was a hale and hearty man up till two years ago when he accidentally lost an eye. After that his health failed very rapidly. His death was due to a complication of Bright's disease and heart trouble. His was a nature, rare indeed. Although living under a lifelong affliction of deafness, he was always kind and pleasant. He had a smile for everybody and was loved and respected by all who knew him. Very considerate of others, he never complained even in his last days of suffering, and he will always be remembered as one of the best men God created. He leaves to mourn his loss, two sisters, Mrs. H. Rethmeier of Crete, Mrs. L. Redeifs of Bruning, and one brother, W.K. Beenders of this city, besides a large number of distance relatives. His remains were laid to rest in the West Blue cemetery Wednesday afternoon. May the hand of his Master deal as justly and kindly with him as he dealt thruout his life with all mankind.
