Description	:	Fannie Faye Johnson June 25, 1941 - August 17, 2017 Funeral services for Mrs. Fannie Faye Johnson will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at Gravel Hill Baptist Church, Cravens, with Reverends Joey Rudisill and Arlen Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Drakes Fork Cemetery, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale. Mrs. Johnson, 76, of Cravens, entered eternal rest on Thursday, August 17, 2017 in Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria, LA. Fannie was a member of Gravel Hill Baptist Church and will be missed by all that knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend James W. Johnson; her parents, Otis and Bessie Potter and one son-in-law, Randy Sweat. Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include her three sons, James Anthony Johnson and his wife, Gayle, of Cravens, Mike Johnson, of DeRidder and Johnny W. Johnson, of Rosepine; two daughters, Janet Johnson-Sweat, of Tioga and JoAnne Doyal and her husband, DeWayne, of Pitkin; her sister, Kay McCray, of Boyce; seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Friends may call Gravel Hill Baptist Church on Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Visitation will reopen on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
