Fisher, died at 2 o’clock Thursday afternoon at her home on South Main St., from a complication of diseases. Mrs. Fisher had been ill but a few days and her sudden death was unexpected and a shock to her numerous relatives and friends. November 27,... Read More	------------------------- From the Columbiana Ledger Columbiana, Ohio July 10, 1918 Death of Mrs. Guy D. Fisher - Flora Catherine, wife of Guy D. Fisher, died at 2 o’clock Thursday afternoon at her home on South Main St., from a complication of diseases. Mrs. Fisher had been ill but a few days and her sudden death was unexpected and a shock to her numerous relatives and friends. Mrs. Fisher was born February 10, 1889, in Allegheny, Pa., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Essenwein. In her childhood she came with her parents to this vicinity where she has since resided. November 27, 1912, she was united in marriage with Guy D. Fisher. Deceased was a member of the Lutheran Church and a most highly esteemed young woman. She is survived by her husband and little daughter, two infant sons having preceded her in death, her parents, five brothers and four sisters, besides numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon from the Lutheran Church, Rev. C. D. Fischer being the officiating clergyman, and interment was had in the Columbiana Cemetery. Ed Essenwein, Charles Essenwein, Irl Fisher, Dan and Miller and Carl Werner, brothers and cousins of the deceased acted as pallbearers and the Mrs. Alvina Lenning, Pauline Myers, Ethel Esterly, Salina Shaffer, Florence Lipp, Mrs. Lloyd Wilson were the flower bearers. William Endress an uncle from Pittsburgh a number of relatives from Youngstown, Woodworth, New Middleton and North Lima, were out of town attendants at the funeral.
