Description	:	Obituary Florence Avonelle Zimmerman, 77, of New Sharon died of a lung ailment Monday at Mahaska County Hospital in Oskaloosa. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Harden Funeral Home, and burial will be in Union Mills Cemetery. Mrs. Zimmerman was born in Story County and lived in New Sharon most of her life. She was a teacher and also worked in the New Sharon Post Office, a grocery store and an insurance office. Among survivors are a son, Les of New Sharon; two daughters, Corrine Hinkle of Dike and Francine Andrews of New Sharon; two brothers, Lyle Maley fo Camarillo, Calif., and Vernon Maley of Republic, Mo.; and seven grandchildren.
