She was employed as a factory worker by the New Independent Leather and Plastic Workers Union and last worked at Dover Handbag in Netcong before her retirement. Born in Netcong on April 7, 1917, to Lorenzo and Vincenza Scappaticcio Francomacaro, Mrs. Luciani was a lifelong resident. She was employed as a factory worker by the New Independent Leather and Plastic Workers Union and last worked at Dover Handbag in Netcong before her retirement. Mrs. Luciani was a longtime parishioner of St. Michael's R.C. Church in Netcong, where she was a member of the Rosary Altar Society. She was also a member of the Catholic Daughters of America's Court No. 881 of Dover and a lifelong Yankees fan. Mrs. Luciani's loving husband, Robert F., died in 1984, and her beloved daughter, Antoinette Cinotti, in 2002. She was also predeceased by five brothers, Joseph "Pep," Frank, Arthur "Arnie," Jimmy and Mario Francomacaro.
