Description	:	Florence Mae, daughter of Rufus and Katherine Mauderly Ridnour, was born in Taylor county, Iowa on July 3, 1899 and passed away April 6, 1965 at the Rosary hospital in Corning, Iowa at the age of 65 years and 9 months, following an illness from which she could never recover. In spite of all that loving hands could do, she quietly slipped away. She was married March 26, 1919 Thomas H. Haley. To this union nine children were born. She leaves to mourn her passing three sons and 4 daughters, Delmar, Calvin, and James of Nodaway, Fern Mitchell of Parnell, Mo., Esther Travis, of Corning, Doris Pashek of Creston, Darlene Palmer, Brooks; three daughters-in-law, four sons-in-!aw, 32 grandchildren, one great grandson, also Reldon and Lois Ambrose, Lenox to whom she was very dear. One sister, Mrs. Lottie Inman, Corning, also a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives of whom she was very fond, and a host of friends and neighbors. She was preceded In death by her husband, two children: Clyde, and Leota Ambrose, her parents and two brothers. She was always happiest when some of her children or grandchildren were with her, and was a great lover of flowers. She was a joy to be around and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 6 at 2 p.m. from the Roland Funeral Home in Corning with Howard Wells officiating. Pallbearers were Alvin Mitchell, Gary Mitchell, Walter Veatch, Walter Brokaw, Howard Roberts and Raymond McCune. Interment was in the Methodist Grove cemetery.
