Born in Rumford, Maine on May 10, 1929 she was the daughter of Urban B. and Myrtle (Easter) Lohnes. She was a graduate of Mexico High School class of 1947. She worked as a clerk at Newberry's Dept. Store and later as a library aide at the Mexico High School Media Center in the library for many years until her retirement in 1988. She was a resident of Mexico. Born in Rumford, Maine on May 10, 1929 she was the daughter of Urban B. and Myrtle (Easter) Lohnes. She was a graduate of Mexico High School class of 1947. She was married in Rumford, Maine on March 19, 1954 to Norbert N. "Norbie" Rose of Mexico. She was predeceased by six sisters, Elsie Bowie, Jessie Comstock, Vaughn Libby, Mary Knapp, Irene Lohnes, Olive Elliot and a brother Urban Lohnes.
