She married Lorence Burkey, Jan. 19, 1946, at McPherson, Kan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lorence Burkey; a son, Lloyd Burkey; brothers, Glen and Thurlowe Myers; and sisters, Ruth Eberspacher and DeElda Stahly. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Verlin and Debbie Burkey, Lincoln; four grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Services were Dec. 8 at the Evangelical Free Church of Seward with the Rev. Lowell Myers officiating. Casket bearers were Dale Stahly, Lowell and Carroll "Tex" Eberspacher, Gary Miller, Van Burkey and Dan Wolher. Burial was at the Pleasant View Cemetery at Milford.
