Description	:	Hooper Sentinel Obituary: Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the United Methodist Church in Nickerson for Mrs. Floyd (Mae) Luedke Fauss, who died Sept. 14. Rev. Eugene Watson officiated at the service. Mrs. Clarence Hiebenthal, pianist, accompanied Mr. Hiebenthal and Mrs. Kay Brand, singers. Pallbearers were Wilbur Boschult, Lloyd Fauss, Marvin Fauss, Amos Hiebenthal, Clarence Hiebenthal, and Aaron Sohl. Interment was in the Hooper Cemetery, under the direction of the Warne Funeral Home. She married Theodore Fauss in Feb. 1918 at the Methodist Church in Spencer, Neb. They lived on a farm northwest of Winslow until his death in July, 1923. Their children are Mrs. Dennis (Ada) Knudsen and Roy Fauss, both of Nickerson. She married Daniel Fauss in August, 1929, at the former Evangelical Church in Winslow. They farmed near Nickerson until their retirement to Hooper. He passed away in Sept. 1955. At present time, Mrs. Fauss had been living at the Hooper Care Center. Other survivors include 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Edna Froseth of Atkinson, Neb.; and Mrs. Frank (Olga) Krupicka of Spencer. She was a member of the United Methodist Church at Nickerson, for which a memorial has been established.
