Organist for the service was Irene (Mrs. Hugh_ O'Meara. Elaine (Mrs. Francis) Dillin was soloist and sang, "Earthen Vessels.' Hymns by the congregation were "For All the Saints" and "How Great Thou Art." Flowers were cared for by Mrs. Leona Klever and Joyce (Mrs. Dwight) Mumm. Ushers were Leo Driscoll, John Lillis and William Shannahan. The musicians, flower attendants and ushers were all of Williamsburg. Burial was in the church cemetery. Casket bearers were Richard and Michael Elwood, both North English; James Elwood, Martin Bamrick, Dwight Mumm and Paul Hedge, all Williamsburg. The parish rosary was recited at the Uhlmann Funeral Home at 8 pm Wednesday, July 31. Floyd Klever was born, Nov. 1, 1899, on the family farm in rural Williamsburg, the son of John Christian and Barbara Estella Slager Klever. He attended the Sugar Hill rural school and Williamsburg High School. On Feb. 12, 1923, he was married to Opal Viola Jones. They were the parents of a son, Lloyd. She died Sept. 27, 1928. Nov. 27, 1931, he was married to Ethel Elwood. They continued to live on the family farm until retirement, then moved to Williamsburg in 1965. She died Feb. 5, 1969. On Nov. 19, 1969, he was married to Vera Wilhite Donahoe at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, North English. While living in Williamsburg, Klever was self employed as a small engine mechanic. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Williamsburg. Survivors are his wife, Vera, Williamsburg; his son, Lloyd, Marengo; a step-daughter, Helen Marie (Mrs. Don) Smith, Stuartville, Minn., and a sister, Ethel Kuch, Williamsburg. Other survivors are three step-grandchildren, Jillene Susan Paukert, Erie, Pa.; Jeri Donna Hoover, Stuartville; and Jan Rene Rahlf, Rochester, Minn.; seven step-great-grandchildren, Renee Lynn, Erin Marie and Kyle Gregory Paukert, Courtney Nicole and Crystal Marie Hoover and Zachery Charles and Matthew Theodore Rahlf; also a nephew Leo Bean, Houston, Texas; three nieces, Pat Van Fossen, Cedar Rapids; Clarice Koehn, Illinois and Laura Inga, Brooklyn, NY. Preceding him in death in addition to his wives were his parents, a sister, Marjory Klever Marling and brother, Elvin Klever.
