Mrs. Graf died Friday, April 17, at her home here. Officiating at the requiem mass was Msgr. A. J. Lisko. Members of the P.C.C.W. attended the services in a body. Pallbearers were Henry F. Kuehl, John Kuehl, John Peters, Henry Vandenberg, Walter Stier and Gustave Youngberg. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Among the relatives coming from a distance to attend the services were Mrs. H. E. Kuehl and son, Henry F. Kuehl, and family of Omaha, Francis Knott and Mrs. E. L. Yates of Omaha, Mrs. Leo Delaney of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. William Graf of Waco, and George and John Graf and Mrs. Clarence Graf of Orleans. Frances, the daughter of Frank and Barbara Macura, was born June 19, 1874. She came to the United States with her parents when she was 10 years of age. The family settled at Wahoo, and she lived in that community until she was 17 when she moved to David City which remained her home until her death. She was married on Jan. 8, 1902, at David City to William Graf. Eight children were born to this union, two of whom survive. They are Mrs. Leo (Margaret) Delaney of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. O’Dealia Hawkins of David City. Also surviving are four grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. H. E. Kuehl of Omaha. Her husband, three sons and three daughters preceded her in death.
