Read More	Frances Keim Died In Chadron Hospital Last Thursday After lingering 11 days after the accident that caused her death, Miss Frances Keim, passed away at the Chadron hospital last Thursday morning. Her body was brought to Ainsworth and the funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the M. E. Church, Rev.Thomas W. Parkin officiating. Frances May Keim, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Keim of Ainsworth, Neb., was born March 7, 1912, at Johnstown, Neb., and died June 11, 1931, at the Chadron hospital, Chadron, Neb., at the age of 19 years, 3 months and 4 days. She leaves to mourn her death, her mother and father; two sisters, Mrs. Lee Thackrey of Minneola, Kans., and Fern Keim of Ainsworth; five brothers, Clair, Ray, Ralph, Dale and Erwin of Ainsworth, and other relatives and friends. Frances loved her home and home folks. She liked to plan little surprises for birthdays and holidays. She was fond of gardening and especially loved to raise flowers. At school Frances was earnest and faithful. She graduated from Ainsworth High School in the class of 1930. The past year she attended the Chadron Normal. She was returning home at the close of the college year when the accident occurred which caused her death. During the 11 days of suffering that followed, she was patient and hopeful and always thoughtful of others. Frances had a friendly spirit that reached out eagerly to make friends with other. Some point of contact with everyone was characteristic. Older people were cheered by her bright and vivacious disposition. Little children loved and trusted her. Frances gave her heart to the Savior at an evening church service in Cody, Neb. A little later she joined the Methodist church. After her injury she expressed a wish that she might have in her room at the hospital a copy of the picture, "Christ the Good Shepherd." Source: Ainsworth Star-Journal, 18 Jun 1931, Pg. 1, Col. 1.
