Description	:	Mrs. Frances Litzkow, 81, passed away last Wednesday evening at the Aberdeen hospital, where she had been admitted as a medical patient on Monday. She had been ill for several weeks. Funeral services were held Sunday, April 19, 1959, at 2:00 p. m., at the Methodist Church with the Rev. Harvey Sander officiating. Music was furnished by the Misses Myrtle and Margaret Blader, with Mrs. Robert Wener at the organ. Burial was in the Groton cemetery. Pallbearers were grandsons, Carrol and Darrel Bingham, Robert Pew, Donald, Gary and Larry Litzkow. Mrs Litzkow was born July 27, 1877, in Waterloo, Iowa. She was married on December 16, 1896, to Theodore Litzkow at Grundy Center, Iowa. In the year 1902 they came to Andover, where they engaged in farming until retiring in 1942, when they established a home in Groton, where she has resided since. She was a member of the Methodist Church, Rebekah lodge and extension club. Survivors include tow sans, Glen of Menomonie, Wis., and Raymond of Provindence, Ky.; tow daughters, Mrs. Earl Pew, Tacoma, Wash., and Mrs. Scott Bingham, Groton; one brother, James McDowell, Casper, Wyo.; 22 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren and 5 great, great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Out-of-town relatives attending the last rites were: Mr. and Mrs. Earl Pew, Robert Pew and Mrs. Eugene Dursma of Tacoma, Wash.; Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Litzkow, Elwood and David of Providence, Ky.; Mr. and Mrs. Glen Litzkow and Rosemary, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Litzkow and daughter, Mrs. Harold Wahl and daughters, Larry Litzkow, Mrs. Robt. Eckert and son, all of Menomonie, Wis., Mr. and Mrs. Gary Litzkow of Ellsworth, Wis.; Miss Glenna Bingham, Geneva, Ill.; Miss Yula Bingham and Darrel Bingham, Minneapolis, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. M. D. McCary and sons, Omaha, Nebr.; Mrs. Faye Litzkow, Aberdeen and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Fredan and son, Northville.
