Description	:	Frank, a resident of Wolsey, was born on a homestead in Cornwall township, north of Hitchcock in Spink county. As a young boy he moved with his parents to Midland where they lived for five years, before moving to Wolsey in the fall of 1911. He attended school in the Wolsey area. At the age of fourteen he began working for the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad. Read More	Frank, a resident of Wolsey, was born on a homestead in Cornwall township, north of Hitchcock in Spink county. As a young boy he moved with his parents to Midland where they lived for five years, before moving to Wolsey in the fall of 1911. He attended school in the Wolsey area. At the age of fourteen he began working for the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad. After a number of years he began a business of supplying ice that he had cut from the James River to customers in the area. Later he began a house moving business and moved all types of buildings for many years until ill health and age forced his retirement. He became a resident of the Violent Tschetter Memorial Home two weeks before his death. Frank's funeral was held Oct. 14th, at the Wolsey Presbyterian Church. Welter Funeral Home of Huron was in charge of arrangements.
