Description	:	Daily Sun Telegram October 6, 1906 Francis M., son of Moses and Rebecca Stinson, was born near Brownsville, Union county, Ind., July 13, 1840, and departed this life Oct. 21, 1906, age 66 years, 3 months and 8 days. He had been confined to his bed for two months and had been failing in health for two years. His last days were of intense suffering. On Nov. 28, 1867 he was united in marriage to Martha Stevens and to them were born three children, Mata Damm, who died at the age of 28; Mrs George Kelly, of Brownsville, and Charley, of Philomath. Mr. Stinson had six brothers and six sisters, two of whom survive, these being John and William. He was a true and faithful husband, and a kind and loving father, who will be sadly missed in the home and by those who know him. His life's work is ended. He has gone to his heavenly home where there will be no more sad goodbyes, no suffering, no pain, no death. The funeral sermon was preached at the Christian church at Arlington, Oct. 23, and the remains laid to rest in the Arlington cemetery.
