Honorary pallbearers were Holger Jensen, Clyde Jones, Aubrey Mitchell, Wayne Pickering and Morris Draper. Mrs. Don Schoer sang, "How Great Thou Art," and "I Know Who Holds Tomorrow," accompanied on the organ by Mrs. Everett Amis. Frank Miller was the son of Charles and Ida Heneman Miller, born Dec. 6, 1900 in Dickinson county. His childhood was spent in the Dickens area where he received his education in the country schools. He married Ruth Eastman on Sept. 23, 1923, in Mankato, Minn. They farmed near Dickens until 1940 when they moved to a farm on Highway 71 near Greenville, where they farmed until he retired in 1969. They moved to Spencer seven years ago. Mr. Miller died Friday at his home in Spencer. He was preceded in d e a t h by his parents, two infant children and four sisters. Surviving are his wife, Ruth of Spencer; three sons, Dwight of Spencer, Marland of California and Lance, serving with the U.S. Army in Germany; one daughter, Mrs. Marjean Crute of San Felipe, Mexico; 11 grandchildren; one brother, Rausel C. Miller of Eagle, Idaho and three sisters, Mrs. Olive Strohman, Lakefield, Minn.; Mrs. Myrtle Bell of Eagle Grove and Mrs. Viola Wagner of Ruthven.
