He was a resident of Indian Trail his entire life. --U.S. Navy Veteran; he proudly served his country from 1945-1949. --Occupation: From his 1955 beginning as a rural carrier for the Indian Trail Post Office, he became the Postmaster of Indian Trail in 1957 and retired in 1983 with 32 years of service. His father had been the first official Postmaster of Indian Trail in 1910. --Frank married Janie Crooke; they were married nearly 65 years.
