Riggin, one of the community's well known citizens, died in the McCready Hospital on Wednesday morning, at the age of 62 years. Read More	FRANK RIGGIN DIED WEDNESDAY Had Been In Ill Health For Past Several Years Mr. Frank D. Riggin, one of the community's well known citizens, died in the McCready Hospital on Wednesday morning, at the age of 62 years. Mr. Riggin had been a patient in the hospital for about a month, and while it was known his condition was serious, his death came as a great shock to relatives and friends. He was born in Crisfield, the son of the late Edward and Virginia Sterling Riggin, and spent all his life here. He worked at his trade as carpenter until his physical condition compelled him to retire and seek less laborious employment. His wife, Mrs. Ida Riggin, died a number of years ago. Frank Riggin was a genial man, friendly and accommodating, and enjoyed the affection of many people who were associated with hims through the years and had the high regard of the public generally. Even though ill health limited his activities, he endeavored to be helpful whenever the occasion offered and was esteemed for his unselfishness and the great good nature with which he performed his tasks. Funeral services will be held this afternoon, Friday, at the Bradshaw Funeral Parlors, at 2.00 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. Wilbur Whalen, assisted by Rev. Melvin E. Wheatley. Interment will be in the family lot in Crisfield cemetery. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Rachel McCready of Baltimore and Mrs. Virginia Somers of Crisfield and several grandchildren.
