San Antonio Express (San Antonio, Texas) > 1948 > September > 14 FRANK E. RUTTER Frank E Rutter, 74, Russells Point, formerly of Lima, died Monday morning at a hospital in San Antonio, Tex. He had been visiting with his son, Paul Byron, San Antonio, for nine months. Mr. Rutter, born in Bellefontaine, came to Lima 31 years ago. In 1939 he moved to Russells Point. He was a former employe of the Ohio Steel Foundry Co and Superior Coach Corp. In addition to his son, Paul, he is survived by his widow, Margaret; three other sons, Francis, Columbus; Charles, McQueeney, Tex., and Herbert, San Antonio; two daughters, Mrs. Phyllis Evans, Marysville, and Margaret, Russells Point; a grandchild, and two brothers, Floyd and Elmo. The body will arrive at 6 p.m. Wednesday and be taken to the Kennedy funeral home, Bellefontaine. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home with burial in Bellefontaine.
