Services are at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Fullerton, with Rev. Wayne Schlautman officiating. Burial is in the Catholic Cemetery. Mr. Morgan was born 28 Jan. 1917 at Columbus, the son of Frank Sr. & Cordeila (Conely) Morgan. He attended Columbus schools & graduated from St. Bonaventure High School. Surviving are his wife, Phyllis of Fullerton, 3 sons, Francis & Mike, both of Fullerton, William of St. Paul; a daughter, Lois (Mrs. Douglas) Ratcliff of Omaha; 3 brothers, Leander of Columbus, Lester of Pasadena, Calif., Bill of Shelby; 3 sisters, Loretta (Mrs. Ray) Hilger & Mrs. Jerry Silva, both of Columbus; Margaret (Mrs. Darrell) Bermel of Omaha; & 8 grandchildren.
