Mr. Morrison had been in his usual health yesterday and about 11:30 drove from his house at Bridgewater to the home of his daughter, where he was stricken suddenly. Morrison, about 72, former Massena farmer, died suddenly yesterday afternoon about 3 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Alice Cullen, near Orient. Mr. Morrison had been in his usual health yesterday and about 11:30 drove from his house at Bridgewater to the home of his daughter, where he was stricken suddenly. Mr. Morrison was engaged in farming in this territory for many years, retiring two years ago because of failing health. Since the death of his wife last September 39, Mr. Morrison had made his home with Mrs. Cullen most of the time. Mrs. Morrison was the former Nora McKee, sister of W. A. McKee of Atlantic. The Morrisons were married March 30, 1889 in Atlantic. Surviving are three sons, William Morrison of Atlantic, Arlo Morrison of Lorimor, and Henry Morrison of Boulder, Colorado, and three daughters, Mrs. Alice Cullen, at whose home he died, Mrs. Lizzie Waters of Orient, and Mrs. Leona Cullen of Clearfield. There are two sisters, Mrs. Charles McElfish and Mrs. Lafe Dierdorf of Massena, and one brother, M. M. Morrison, also of Massena. Funeral arrangements are pending word from a son living at Boulder Colorado. The right will probably be held Saturday afternoon at Bridgewater, with burial in the Massena township cemetery.
