The deceased was born at Dubuque, August 5, 1905, son of the late John and Josephine (Koch) Kasper. He was united in marriage to Madeline Skahill in 1940. He was employed at the Cascade State Bank for 35 years until his retirement in 1965 and was a member of the Cascade Council Knights of Columbus, and also was past Grand Knight He was also a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters, past city councilman of Cascade and past trustee of St Martin's church. He is survived by his wife Madeline, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, William.
