Read More	Frank Vojtech Dies at Home Southwest of Traer of Anemia Perry Township Farmer, 63 Years Old, Taken After Four Weeks Illness Funeral This Morning at St. Vaclav Church Came to America as Boy of 17 - Most of Life Spent in Vicinity of Traer Frank Vojtech, 63-year-old farmer of Perry township, died at 5:10 a. m. Wednesday at his home southwest of Traer following a four weeks' illness of anemia and complications. He had been brought home the preceding evening from the Deaconess hospital at Marshalltown, where he was a patient about a week. Everything that could be done to relieve him was tried, but his life was beyond the power of medical skill to save. The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. this Friday morning at St. Vaclav church, west of Clutier, with the Rev. Father Thomas Vopatek in charge. Burial will be in the St. Vaclav cemetery. Mr. Vojtech. was born Oct. 7, 1869, at Okres Paboy, Czecho-Slovakia, and came to this country as a boy of 17 with his parents, Joseph and Marie Vojtech. He was married Feb. 11, 1897, to Mary Zmolek, of Traer, and spent the remainder of his life farming in this vicinity. The decedent was the father of two children, who survive, together with the widow. The children are Albina, wife of Jerry Kuchynka, and Adolph, both of whom are residents of this community. Mr. Vojtech also leaves four grand children, as well as one brother, Anton, near Traer, and a sister, Mrs. Anna Jirku, of Artesia, Cal. Another sister, Mary, preceded him in death about twenty years ago. [Traer Star Clipper; 25 August 1933] Frank Votjech's Will Is Filed For Probate Wife Gets Personal Property and Life Use of 200 Acre Farm Only three weeks before his death, Frank Vojtech, Perry township farmer, signed a will witnessed by Otto Moeller and Ruth Perry, Traer, in which he bequeaths to his wife all his personal property absolutely, as well as a life estate of the real estate of 200 acres of his land. At her death 80 acres goes to the daughter, Albina Kuchynka and Adolph Votjech jointly, but they are to pay the granddaughter, Valentena Kuchynka, the sum of $1,700, which is to remain a lien on the land until paid, at three per cent. Also at the wife s death the remaining 120 acres is to go to the son, Adolph, and daughter, Albina, to hold jointly. The wife and daughter are to be executrixes of the estate.
