Description	:	Final Rites Held For Frank Wicker Frank Wicker passed away suddenly at his home in Miller Saturday afternoon. He had not been in good health for some time. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon, June 6, from the First Methodist Church, with Pastor Charles Brown officiating at the Rites. He was buried in the GAR cemetery, with the American Legion presenting military rites at the graveside. Pallbearers were Darrell Foreman, Vernon Foreman, Frances Marshall, Richard Foreman, Howard Peterka and Darle McKown. As a young man, in 1916, he attended and graduated from mechanics school in Omaha. On returning to South Dakota he was employed as depot agent at Ree Heights, until he entered the army in 1918. In 1919 he was married to Mabel Foreman. In 1958, Mr. and Mrs. Wicker retired from farming and moved to Miller, which was his home until his death.
