Read More	SOURCE: THE WYOMING JOURNAL...APRIL 28, 1927...PAGE 5 FRANK WILLIAM ALEXANDER Wheatland Gazette: Last Thursday morning word was received here by Otto Siegmond of the critical condition of his son-in-law, Frank Alexander, who was in Chicago hospital suffering from severe burns received when a gasoline explosion occurred in a garage in which he was working some three weeks previous. Mr. Alexander was severely burned about the head and hands, but he seemed to be on the road to recovery and had returned to his home when he suffered a relapse and passed away Friday morning, April 22d, at 10:30, at the age of 40 years, nine moriths and 14 days Frank William Alexander was born July 8th, 1886, at Center Junction, Iowa, where he made his home until he was united in marriage to Miss Edna Siegmund of Wheatland on October 29, 1914. They lived on a farm near Clarence for several years, moving to Chicago about a year ago. He was a man of sound business ability and possessed the friendship and esteem of all who knew him. The sympathy of all goes out to the bereaved wife and daughter. He is survived by his wife and daughter Donna; his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. William Alexander, of Center Jnnction, Iowa; two sisters Mrs. Bertha Saxon and Mrs. Audrey Fullertcn of Chicago; and four brothers John of Center Junction, Iowa; Sam of Olin, Iowa; James and Scott of Chicago. Two brothers Arthur C and George M preceded him in death. The remains were brought to Wheatland Sunday and the funeral services were conducted at St. Paul's Reformed church Mondap afternoon,preceded by short services at the Otto Siegmune home. Rev. William Bollman gave a short but impressive sermon to the large number of sorrowing relatives and friends assembled, and burial was made in Pine Hill cemetery west of town.
