Description	:	Born in Troy New York to Frank Welsch Sr. and Mary Woodard. He was the oldest of 3 children. He lived and worked in New York most of his adult life. He served in the army as a machanic for a time. Working in the motor pool in Germany. When he returned he met and married Ages Perry in 1967. He then moved to Nova Scotia when Agnes health began to fail, and lived out his life there with his wife until his death in 1993. He us buried by her side in St Catherine Cemetery in Indian Brook.
